Business Systems, Process and Data Operations Intern (m/f/d)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our highly international and dynamic team in a role that bridges business operations, data management, and process improvement.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with enterprise systems, data operations, and business processes in an international business environment.
What you will do
- Assist in managing and maintaining our ERP system and eShop, including handling item master data, customer information, and pricing / warranty data
- Support the analysis, development, and implementation of new process optimization improvements
- Participate in local and international projects, offering data-driven insights and administrative assistance
- Collaborate with our customer service team on tasks such as price corrections and order entry for marketing materials
- Help with the administration and maintenance of reporting and performance tools
- Contribute to the implementation and testing of new business systems and processes
What you bring
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel with data analysis features such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and SUMIFS
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Basic understanding of ERP systems is a plus
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI) is a plus
