- Responsibility for tender research and initial analysis of complex tender documents
- Structuring and planning of tender processes
- Monitoring adherence to deadlines in the tender process
- Organization and coordination of sales-supporting processes
- Formally complete preparation of tender documents
- Analyzing old offers and comparing them with new requirements
- Independent preparation of requests to participate and quotations
- Close cooperation with Sales Managers (m / f / d)
Your profile
- Completed studies with a focus on economics, law or technology or completed commercial training
- First professional experience in the field of bid management, preferably with knowledge of public clients and their award and decision-making processes
- Must have : Very good knowledge of written and spoken Italian
- Nice to have : Knowledge of public procurement law and public procurement regulations as well as contract specifications / types
- Very good IT knowledge (Microsoft , Jira knowledge an advantage)
- Your skills : Communicative team player (m / f / d) with a structured and conscientious way of working and analytical thinking.
Organizational skills and commercial thinking as well as customer and service-oriented action
Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20%)
