What You Will Be Doing

Project Planning and Execution :

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Ensure the successful execution of projects by closely monitoring progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to meet organizational objectives.

Cross-functional Collaboration :

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical teams.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including developers, designers, QA engineers, and business analysts, to align project objectives with organizational goals.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

Resource Management :

• Allocate resources appropriately to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Work closely with team leads to assess workloads, identify potential bottlenecks, and optimize resource allocation.

Risk Management :

• Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks to minimize the impact on project timelines and deliverables.
• Proactively address issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Quality Assurance :

• Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure that project deliverables meet established standards.
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure project success.

Stakeholder Communication :

• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Address stakeholder concerns and expectations, ensuring alignment with project outcomes.

Continuous Improvement :

• Conduct project retrospectives to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement lessons learned to enhance project management processes.

What You Bring To The Job

• A university degree (BSc or MSc) in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline)
• Multiple years of experience managing IT, Cybersecurity, or software integration-type projects
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in a technology-driven environment
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Prince 2 or PMP certification or equivalent
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Project Management software or tools, and project scheduling
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented attitude and ability to prioritize tasks and a multi-tasker
• Sharp decision-making ability : you can balance multiple feedback loops and integrate them into customer-focused decisions and product priorities
• Ge : C1 Advanced
• En : C1 Advanced

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in Web Security and Identity Management
• Experience with SaaS product development
• Experience with GEN Charts (Reporting), Jira
• Experience with Java, Docker, Terraform
