We are looking for a Marketing Performance Analyst who will play a pivotal role helping us build numbers-driven marketing and sales (these two are very connected in our company) across our affiliates in DACH and Poland.

Tasks

• Turn data observations into meaningful stories to drive organisational impact.
• Make insights easily digestible, accessible, and business-friendly for marketing leadership. Have the drive to share those findings.
• Present those insights in easily consumable presentations, decks, visualisations where the deck leaves an impression on the consumer.
• Collect and interpret marketing, web and sales data, analyse results to find those insights using any means necessary, including statistical techniques.
• Prepare and provide reports and dashboards with analysis of data to increase efficiency of marketing and sales activities.
• Track efficiency of our advertising efforts across DACH and PL regions in collaboration with digital marketing managers, providing them with valuable insights and guidance on tactical optimizations and recommendations for campaigns performance increase.
• Contextualize marketing influence on business growth by weaving the data story from campaign engagement to revenue pipeline impact.
• Build custom reports and dashboards in Hubspot and other tools upon request to help marketing and sales teams.
• Support report and data analysis for our weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings where we track marketing and sales teams performance.

Requirements

• work experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar role (1+ year)
• hands-on experience with Hubspot analytics and automation (1+ years)
• data visualisation experience
• experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (minimum 1 year)
• advanced proficiency with Excel
• proficiency with Microsoft Power BI, Google Data Studio
• experience in advanced analytic and statistical techniques related multivariate and A / B testing, digital revenue attribution, customer segmentation, and marketing effectiveness
• experience building and automating management level reporting
• fluency in English is mandatory, since this role implies communications with international teams across DACH and PL regions A few key interpersonal skills :

• outstanding attention to detail
• loves to learn new things and grow

Some nice-to-have skills :

• comfortable with at least one of these : Basic SQL, VBA, Google Apps Script, R, and / or Python
• knowledge of Tableau
• proficiency in German will be an advantage
• understanding of SEM and PPC campaigns
