Human Resources Business Partner
Fraser Dove is representing a Global Pharmaceutical company driving innovation in Specialty, Generics, and OTC businesses.
They operate across 80+ countries with 10 manufacturing facilities.
About the Role :
As an HR Business Partner, you will be a key player in our Human Resources team, working closely with Northern & Southern Cluster Business Units.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive HR-related initiatives, provide strategic advice, and contribute to our innovative and dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities :
- Business Partnering : Develop strong relationships with managers, providing pragmatic HR advice.
- Employee Administration : Manage payroll, and benefits, and ensure legal compliance.
- Recruitment : Support local recruitment, engage in the interview process, and collaborate with external agencies.
- Training & Development : Identify training needs and administer local training initiatives.
- Reporting : Collaborate on accurate monthly MIS reporting and ensure compliance with standards.
Requirements :
- Degree in Economy / HR or similar qualification.
- Previous HR generalist experience in a multinational / multicultural environment, preferably in Pharma.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MD Project, Outlook).
- Fluency in English.
