Finance Manager, EU Real Estate Finance, EMEA Real Estate Finance
Amazon is seeking a highly motivated Finance Manager to join the ever-growing world of Amazon EU Real Estate Finance in our UK office.
We are not an average retailer and this is definitely not an average finance position. We are looking for exceptional people with solid numeracy and great financial and technical skills.
This role is meant to make a real difference to our business and provides you full autonomy to leverage your skills, and educational and applied work experience to direct initiatives to recognize and promote investment and cost savings opportunities within the Fulfillment Center network.
In this position, you will assess investment opportunities in Real Estate and Engineering within the Amazon EU Fulfillment Centers network, to provide guidance to your Business partners.
You will be responsible for investment analysis, creation of financial models, assessing alternative financing options and providing thorough data-driven recommendations.
This role provides high visibility to essential business-critical processes, and will require interactions with internal stakeholders and business leaders for carrying out strategic initiatives.
