Your role and responsibilities
Are you ready to actively drive the future of global energy distribution grids? In this role, you will enter into strategic partnerships at an international level and make a significant contribution to advancing the development and optimization of energy distribution grids.
Through your expertise and global networking, you will create long-term collaborations that enable innovative solutions in energy supply.

- Exciting international travel (30-50%) to global partners in the field of medium-voltage products to promote direct cooperation and the expansion of partnerships
- Conducting training courses and presentations on the innovative medium-voltage product range with the aim of identifying application and sales opportunities and providing optimum support for partners
- Conducting in-depth market and partner analyses to develop customized solutions, identify cooperation opportunities and support strategic decisions
- Development and implementation of global partner strategies, including the introduction of the 5-step model for new partners to ensure sustainable growth
- Responsible project management from negotiation to implementation to actively help shape the success of partner projects
- Representation at international trade fairs and conferences to present innovative strength and market leadership worldwide
Qualifications for the role
- Successfully completed (technical) university degree in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable qualification
- Relevant professional experience in the OEM / partner business and in technical product marketing for medium-voltage switchgear
- Fluent written and spoken English, other foreign languages an advantage
- Good IT skills, e.g. with MS Office - ideally knowledge of SAP
- Confident communication skills, strong customer orientation and a high level of initiative paired with a strong networker mentality
- High willingness to travel, also in an international environment
