Customer Service Representative German Speaker

We are seeking a dynamic customer-oriented German -speaking Customer Service Representative for a position based in Lisbon Portugal.

In this role you will support customers with professionalism and empathy handle inquiries via phone / email and ensure a smooth and positive experience for every client. Youll be part of a multicultural environment with strong onboarding and continuous support.

• Monday-Friday schedule (08 : 00-17 : 00)
• Permanent contract
• 1100 Euro gross salary / month (paid over 14 months)
