Das erwartet Dich
Du bist verantwortlich für die aktive Kandidatenansprache über diverse Social Media Kanäle (z.B. LinkedIn) und findest die passenden Talente und erfahrenen Fachkräfte für unsere Fachbereiche.
Bei Bedarf führst du Vorgespräche mit Kandidat : innen per Telefon / Videocall durch.
Du pflegst unsere Präsenz auf diversen Netzwerkportalen und hältst die Stellenausschreibungen aktuell.
In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Recruitern unterstützt du unser operatives Tagesgeschäft & übernimmst diverse Aufgaben im Bewerbermanagement.
Du erstellst eigenständig Präsentationen, Reports und Recherchen zu aktuell relevanten Themen.
Das bringst Du mit
Du studierst vorzugsweise im Bereich der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Geisteswissenschaften oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Personal.
Du hast Zeit & Interesse, uns für mindestens zwei Semester als Werkstudent : in zu unterstützen.
Du begeisterst dich für Recruiting & Active Sourcing sowie aktuelle Recruiting-Trends.
Idealerweise kannst du bereits erste Praktika oder ähnliche Werkstudententätigkeiten im Recruiting sowie Active Sourcing im IT-, Agentur- oder Digitalumfeld vorweisen.
Du bist aufgeschlossen, pro-aktiv und weißt durch deine selbstständige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise Prioritäten zu setzen.
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.
