We need a Business Development Manager who can work in Germany and some other European countries for CTOne. The Business Development role is responsible for developing business to generate revenue stream based on CTOne cybersecurity solutions, while building strong relationships across CTOne global organization.
Job Main Responsibilities :
- Complete concentration on CTOne 5G / Private 5G cybersecurity for enterprise customers, and mainly focus in German market
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
- Identify and develop key accounts (enterprises) to grow business
- Identify, add, and track qualified prospects to sales pipeline
- Work with product department to create rate proposals
- Make and give presentations to prospective partners and clients
- Drive the end-to-end sale process
- Prepare and submit business-related docs / paper for business success
- Coordinate internal resources for customer success
Job Qualifications :
- 5+ years’ experience in business development in IT data network or telecommunication industries
- Knowledge of cellular mobile network (3G / 4G / 5G) and private 5G network
- Understanding of key verticals aiming to DX such as smart factory, smart city, etc.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with emotional intelligence
- Ability to work collaboratively across geographies (different time zone) and functions
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit and strong passion for new start-up businesses
- Self-motivated and creative; having the natural drive to learn and pick up new challenges
- Fluent in English reading / writing / listening / speaking
- Be able to travel to European countries according to the requirement of projects
