Description
- Oversee and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees in multiple European Countries
- Ensure compliance with all external governmental regulations and internal policies in improving strong internal controls
- Leading a team of 3 employees and work closely with external payroll provider
- Collaboration with internal payroll relevant departments and stakeholders
- Streamline processes while allowing flexibility for specific local mandatory requirements and drive consistent process improvement
- Ensure compliance of Payroll Accounting by US and local Gaap
- Pension plan and company cars Management
- Stay updated on changes in regional payroll laws and regulations.
- Support stat. FY close for payroll relevant information

Minimum 3 years’ finance / payroll working experience in an international company, ideally in the semiconductor industryMinimum 3 years existing managerial experience of payroll teamsUniversity degree, ideally master’s degree in Finance / Payroll / Tax / Auditing or another relevant fieldFulltime requiredBe aware of potentially fraudulent job postings or suspicious recruiting activity by persons that are currently posing as KLA employees.
