About the Job

Certivity is a tech startup that digitizes how product makers manage regulatory requirements to be compliant. For our team in Munich, we are looking for a Head of AI (all genders).

Your mission

As a Head of AI at Certivity, you will be the visionary leader of our machine learning team, steering the wheel and driving our long-term AI strategy.

Your profile

• You have a solid experience in hands-on working with m achine l earning (at least 7-8 years of experience);
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, natural language processing, computer vision, and AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch );
• P roven track record of leading and scaling a team of Machine Learning Engineers and Data Engineers (at least 5 years) ;
• You are an expert in the latest technologies and trends in AI;
• You can shape Certivity's long-term AI vision , not only in solving current problems but in creating the strategy for the next years ;
• You will work as a bridge between the founders and the team of engineers, helping them and guiding them to achieve our long-term goals;
• You can collaborate with different teams and to deliver impactful solutions;
• You are based in Munich or Germany, or you are willing to relocate within Germany .

• Content extraction (text, tables, images , formulas ) from various formats ;
• Content enrichment, adding structure and metadata ;
• Classifying, c omparing and summarizing content ;
• Generating new semantic content out of existing content ;
• Semantic interpretation;
• Semantic search ;
• Question-and-answer application .
