Order Manager IT (m/f/d)

We are looking for you to join us as an Order Manager IT (m / f / d) in Stuttgart at the earliest possible date

Job description :

• Contract Confirmation : You send a confirmation to the customer after accepting the cost absorption statement, verifying that the contract has been concluded.
• Order Status Reporting : You create regular reports on the current status of orders and keep the customer continuously informed.
• Procurement Requests : You prepare procurement requests for external services and suppliers for customer orders that are commissioned.
• Order Coordination : You break down the overall order into individual tasks and coordinate these with the relevant departments.
• Monitoring Order Execution : You monitor the execution of orders in terms of quality and adherence to deadlines until completion.
• Escalation Management : In the event of deviations in quality and deadlines, you promptly initiate escalations.
• Communication with Account Management : You inform account managers about the order status, particularly regarding planning deviations, invoice-relevant completions, and escalations, and discuss necessary countermeasures.
• Customer Confirmation After Completion : After the completion of an order, you obtain the customer’s confirmation and communicate the completion to all relevant parties, including ACM, accounts receivable, and the customer.

Skills requested :

• Education and Professional Experience : Completed commercial or technical training or a comparable qualification, supplemented by at least three years of professional experience in administrative work, reporting, and documentation.
• Technical Competencies :
• Proven minimum of three years of professional experience in the mentioned fields.
• Solid knowledge and experience with common Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• At least one year of experience working with CRM systems.
• ITSM Tool Experience : Ideally, at least six months of experience with an ITSM tool, preferably USU Valuemation.
• Initial experience in creating minutes and status reports, as well as in deadline monitoring.
• IT Affinity : Practical experience or theoretical knowledge in IT areas (databases, operating systems, networks, IT projects) and an ITIL Foundation certification.
• Administrative Experience : Experience in public administration is advantageous.

• High level of commitment, responsibility, and a professional demeanour.
• Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
• Language Skills : Very good German skills (at least C1 ).
