Our Berlin-based diverse and international team brings together academic excellence and industry experience in robotics and autonomous driving from both Silicon Valley as well as from Europe - including leading automotive OEMs and suppliers such as Bosch, Yandex, Volkswagen, IAV, and TomTom.

Tasks

As a working student in the PDP team, you will be involved in a broad set of managerial, administrative, and strategic work streams.

This includes a coordinating role in running customer projects with commercial partners, guiding new strategic projects from contracting to partner success, and helping to establish scalable structures and processes.

To this end, you will contribute and train your skills in setting up and managing project rollouts, coordinating partner meetings, road mapping, supply chain management, tracking results, and process design in international settings.

Requirements

• Enrollment in a bachelor's (from 3rd semester) or master's degree program in business administration, information management, economics, or similar
• Available to work 15 - 20 hours per week on-site in our Berlin office
• Initial work experience from an internship in management consulting, venture-funded startup, or technology company
• Enthusiasm for administrative work that requires paying high attention to details
• High motivation for taking the initiative to find and solve problems
• High willingness to learn and quick comprehension
• Hands-on mentality with a conscientious and structured way of working
• Desire to work in an international, fast-paced environment
• Strong team and communication skills
• Fluent language skills in English, German and other European languages a plus
• Solid knowledge of common office software
• You embody a collaborative, team-first mindset
