Income Tax Consultant
The Role
On the way to fully digital tax functions, we support companies of all sizes and industries with software solutions and tax consulting services.
As a Consultant in our Tax team, you will work at the interface between tax laws and tax technology.
What you'll do
Tax Tech - In the rapidly growing Tax Tech segment, you will work with tax and IT experts on the transformation of tax law requirements for our GlobalTaxCenter tax software.
For the development of tax expert systems, tax laws, BMF letters or accounting regulations (HGB, IFRS) must be objectified for programming.
You will support our team right from the start and actively contribute to the further development of our software.
Implementation projects - You will be part of our challenging and exciting implementation projects and support tax departments in the technical implementation of our software and tax CMS and ICS consulting projects.
Training and committee work - We always keep our customers up to date with the latest (development) status through webinars and training courses.
You will create the necessary seminar documents and also conduct training courses. The opportunity to participate in external tax expert groups rounds off our day-to-day work.
What you bring to the table
- Tax knowledge - understand the latest acts & process and how they affect the German Tax Technology space ESSENTIAL
- The ability to analyse tax issue precisely ESSENTIAL
- You enjoy dealing with tax laws, a tenacious way of working and the ability to work in a team are important prerequisites for this ESSENTIAL
- You are a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing, across German & English (C1+) ESSENTIAL
- Initial professional experience in the field of income tax is advantageous but not essential - income tax knowledge from your university degree is also considered
- Open-minded, positive, critical thinker, motivated, pro-active, extrovert, solutions focussed
- A basic affinity for IT is very welcome when developing innovative ideas - programming skills are not necessary
- A high sense of responsibility and an independent, organized way of working are a matter of course for you
