Our team in Essen currently has an opening for a Corporate Controller (m / f / d)
YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate timely, accurate, and insightful management reports for senior leadership.
- Preparation and coordination of company-wide budget planning
- Monitoring financial KPIs and variances, identifying areas of concern or opportunities of improvement
- Create and maintain financial models to support financial planning and operational business decisions, including investment analysis and profitability assessments.
- Analysis-driven support for strategic projects in Controlling and beyond.
- Reflecting on existing processes and drive continuous improvement measures.
YOUR PROFILE
- BS or MSc in Economics (focus Controlling) or a similar level of education
- Proven professional experience (3 >
years) in global Controlling / FP&A of a multinational company.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a pro-active, solution-oriented attitude
- IT savvy with excellent skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Preferably experience with Oracle Hyperion Financial Management and SAP
- Good communication and presentation skills (verbally and in writing)
- Fluent in German and English
