For our office in Hannover, we are looking for motivated Microsoft 365 Solutions Engineer (m / f / d) for 40 hours / week to start as soon as possible!

Tasks

• You build scripts in PowerShell to enable automated configuration of Microsoft 365 tenant settings & policies.
• Your are responsible for design, setup and development of Office 365 tenants in interesting scenarios.
• You develop and uphold governance policies and best practices for utilizing Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• You are setting up a modern device management system based on MS Endpoint Manager (ex Intune).
• You configurate O365 workloads such as Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPlatform, EndPoint Manager.
• You make sure, we have optimal adaptation & configuration of M365 Built-in Security & Compliance to customer requirements (e.g. Defender).

Requirements

Your Skills And Experiences :

• Completed IT vocational training or a comparable degree with professional experience in the IT field
• Experience with M365, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange & EMS
• Knowledge of PowerShell, Graph API and the M365 Admin Portal
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing with PowerShell, as well as integration with SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, Entra, Endpoint Manager, or Defender
• Microsoft M365 certifications or other relevant qualifications are highly regarded
• Preferred Microsoft Certified : Enterprise Administrator Expert
• Proficient in working with and managing Managed Service Providers, with a solid understanding of Office 365 applications, services, and architecture
• You have a deep understanding of how settings & policies are managed within Microsoft 365 tenants in a large-scale enterprise environment.

• You have excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• You are strong at strategic thinking and obtain planning skills with the ability to align Microsoft 365 initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Interest in new challenges, technologies and customer situations.
• Fluent language skills in English (minimum C1) (Fluency in German is a plus)
