UI/UX Designer
TalenTailors is seeking a talented UI / UX Designer to join our customer s team. As a UI / UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for digital products and platforms.
Responsibilities :
- You will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions for digital products and services.
- You will develop and define requirements based on specific user scenarios and user groups.
- You will plan and design information architectures.
- You will create wireframes, interaction concepts, prototypes, and mockups.
- You will contribute to the overall "look & feel" of the interactive system.
- You will design visual elements aligned with our corporate design.
- You will work on user interface designs and design elements.
- You will develop motion designs and micro-interaction designs.
- You will establish UX / UI guidelines to maintain consistent user experience.
Requirements
- You have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in complex corporate projects as well as product and service projects in the enterprise and consumer sector.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in the field of agile software development.
- You have some initial experience in planning, implementing, and evaluating qualitative user surveys.
- You have at least 1 year of experience in building and maintaining collaborative design systems.
- You have the ability to translate complex requirements into a clear design strategy.
- You are proficient in design methods and have experience in conceptualizing and designing applications and software products.
- You are a team player with strong communication skills and a good understanding of current trends and user needs.
- You have excellent command of both German (min. C1) and English.
