Ihre Aufgaben :
- Koordination und technische Bearbeitung von Kundenproblemstellungen (Klassifizierung, Analyse, Lösungserarbeitung, Entwicklungskoordination, Zeitmanagement) für unsere Kunden in Europa und weltweit
- Produktunterstützung für unsere Embedded Computer Module und Single Board Computers auf x86 und ARM / RISC Basis für industrielle Anwendungen in der Medizintechnik, Automatisierung, Transport & Logistik und Gebäudeleittechnik
- Technische Vertriebs- und Kundenberatung während Design-In bis Design-Win Phase
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Vertriebskollegen im Avnet-Konzern
- Pflege von Board Support Packages und BIOS Updates
- Erstellen von Kundeninformationsmaterial wie Application Notes, White Papers, etc.
- Verwaltung und Pflege der Web -Inhalte
- Erstellen von Messeaufbauten und Demonstrationsaufbauten für Kunden
Ihr Profil :
- Technische Ausbildung oder alternativ Studium (FH oder Universität) der Elektro- und Informationstechnik, Embedded Systemtechnik, Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung, alternativ technische Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung
- Systematische Arbeitsweise
- Spaß an neuen Technologien
- Professionelle Kommunikation mit Kunden und Kollegen auch in schwierigen Situationen
- Sowohl teamorientierter als auch selbstständiger Arbeitsstil
- Gute Microsoft Office Kenntnisse
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
