About the role

Spectrm is a rapidly growing SaaS company with 50 employees, serving clients worldwide and partnering with giants like Meta and Google.

Leveraging a timely idea, our founders have led us to impressive success, securing major clients such as Uber, VW, and the Premier League over the past two years.

We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to boost our enterprise account wins. In this role, you'll manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, while juggling 5-30 prospects.

You'll be expected to generate over 20% of your opportunities through direct outreach and close more than 15% of BDR-sourced leads.

Precision in forecasting and proactive territory management are key.

Things we do look for in candidates

3+ years’ carrying net-new revenue quota in sales closing role (AE)

Very strong background successfully generating and closing outbound opportunities

Experience with 75k+ deal sizes : pure SMB sales experience is not enough. Commercial / mid-market / corporate segment is a must.

Enterprise experience is a plus

Experience with Martech, Adtech or AI products

Experience with best in class tools such as : CRM (Salesforce), SEP (Outreach), Parallel Dialer (Orum), Data Provider (Cognism, Lusha), Google Office, and Slack

Fluent in English language

Flexibility in working outside of normal hours in order to close deals
