Store Manager (Little Art Gallery)
Our client has a network of more than 120 galleries opened in less than 3 years in 16 countries and a project to open more than 100 galleries for the year 2024 internationally in cities with strong cultural appeal.
Tasks
As a Store Manager you are responsible for the smooth running of the Gallery and a key player in the success of the point of sale.
Your main tasks will be :
- Ensure your sales hotlines and supervise the gallery team in order to offer an unforgettable customer experience to our visitors;
- Ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of the gallery (cleanliness, stock, security);
- Manage schedules and the distribution of daily tasks;
- Ensure the reporting of sales and productivity figures;
- Participate in the initial and continuous training of salespeople and be a source of proposals for the continuous improvement of our service.
Requirements
- First successful experience as a sales consultant in a retail brand required;
- Strong appetite for the business / retail environment;
- Native German and fluent English;
- Excellent commercial and managerial skills;
- Willingness to participate in an ambitious project.

- Remuneration : 34k€-38k€ / year according to experience
