We are currently recruiting an enthusiastic and passionate Training Partner to join our Learning & Development team. In this role, you will play an integral part in delivering our Leadership Development and Masterplan Programmes, along with partnering with Clubs, Regions and Departments within David Lloyd.
Please be aware this role may require frequent travel to other European David Lloyd Clubs (Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands)

So, what qualities does a Training Partner need to join David Lloyd :
- You must be fluent in English to apply for this role with a secondary language preferred.
- An effective and clear communicator, having the ability to adapt your style to cater your audience’s needs.

- A confident trainer with the ability to deliver engaging training sessions virtually and face to face.
- A passion for learning and development, enabling people to thrive within their roles and prepare for their future role.

- Be strategic in your approach to drive bookings and attendance for training sessions and programmes within your regions.
What does the role entail for a Training Partner?
- Collaborate with Heads of Departments, Regional Managers, and managers from all levels of the organisation to identify training needs and skill gaps within the organisation.
- Design and develop engaging and effective training programs, materials, and resources that address identified needs and align with organisational goals.
You will also keep the content up to date, making sure that we are delivering the best sessions for our Team Members and Managers.
- Facilitate and deliver a variety of training sessions, including classroom-based, virtual, and on-the-job training, ensuring a high level of participant engagement and learning.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics, adjusting as necessary to improve outcomes and learner experiences.
- Stay up to date with current industry trends and best practices in learning and development, incorporating new ideas and methodologies to enhance our training offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and outcomes, providing regular reports to senior management on training effectiveness and impact.
