IT Systems Administrator (m / w / d) (limited for 12 month ) Your Tasks : The IT Systems Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day management, maintenance, and optimization of our organization's server infrastructure.

This role will involve troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing servers, implementing security measures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of our technology systems..

System Maintenance and Monitoring : Perform regular system updates, patches, and maintenance to ensure system integrity and security.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and proactively address potential problems. Implement and maintain system backup and disaster recovery procedures.

Server Management : Administer and maintain servers to ensure optimal performance and security, including physical and virtual servers.

Troubleshoot server issues and implement necessary solutions.

User Support and Training : Provide technical support to end-users, including software installation, configuration, and issue resolution.

Train employees on best practices for using company systems and tools.

Security and Compliance : Implement and maintain security protocols, including user access controls and firewall configurations.

Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches promptly. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Documentation and Reporting : Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Generate regular reports on system performance and incidents for management review.

Collaboration and Project Support : Collaborate with IT team members on various projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and technology integrations.

Assist in evaluating and recommending new technologies and solutions to enhance system performance. Your Profil :

• Education : High School diploma required. Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience : 1-3 years experience as a Systems Adminstrator or in a smiliar role. Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Computers and Electronics Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.
• English Language Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
• Customer and Personal Service Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Engineering and Technology Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.
• Mathematics Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is required, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint and Visio.
• Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies .
• Familiarity with cloud platforms preferred.
• Experience with cybersecurity practices and tools .
• Certificates & Licenses : Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) preferred..
