Frontend Developer - Industrial IoT / Industrie 4.0 (m/w/d)

Endress+Hauser Digital Solutions in Freiburg im Breisgau develops solutions in the area of the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) for the Netilion digital ecosystem (netilion.endress.com).
We are seeking a Frontend Developer with backend know-how to drive the development of our Netilion platform for new business models.
Role + Responsibilities
Software development of web and mobile applications for new business models in the area of Industrial IoT and Industry 4.
0 in a dynamic and growing team based on our Netilion platform
- Main development with React, React Native and Typescript
- Implementation and design of the optimal UX user experience
- Contact person for frontend topics in the team
- Experience with accessibility, performance analysis and usability
- Creation of automated software tests (TDD / BDD)
- Connection of REST API's
- Evaluation of new technologies and integration of these into the existing platform
- Creation of automated software tests (TDD / BDD)
- Consulting of participants in an IoT ecosystem and creation of documentation
Qualification + Profile
- Degree (Uni / FH) in computer science or comparable qualification.
- Good understanding of web technologies and object-oriented programming languages available
- Ideally experience with cloud-based platforms and related tools
- Experience in UX / UI is desirable
- Knowledge of NoSQL and relational databases desirable
- Experience in DevOps and CI / CD is an advantage
- Experience with Ruby on Rails is an advantage
- You are familiar with working in an agile environment e.g. Scrum
- You have fluent German or English language skills
