We’re now looking for a motivated and driven Sales Engineer to strengthen our Sales Team in Germany, Hamburg. If you’re passionate about high-performance safety solutions and enjoy building strong client relationships in a purpose-driven company — this is your chance to make an impact.

Note : This position is open to both Junior Sales Engineers and Sales Engineers, with the final title and responsibilities determined based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Engineer, you’ll play a key role in our growth journey, focusing on existing and new customers across the Marine and Transport / Rolling Stock sectors :

• Grow and manage accounts with shipowners, shipyards, partners, and operators.
• Drive sales of Fire, Flame, and Gas detection systems and complementary offerings.
• Promote our safety solutions to the Marine, Naval and Train / Rolling Stock markets.
• Conduct in-person client meetings, product presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Develop partnerships with distributors and subcontractors to broaden market reach.
• Participate in industry events and maintain knowledge of trends and competitors.
• Work closely with internal teams to tailor product solutions to customer needs.
• Follow-up on contracts, projects, and / or orders to ensure qualitative and timely deliveries.
• Exceed sales targets and contribute to our mission of protecting lives.
