As the Head of Quality, you'll have a defining impact on Europe's portable power solutions. You will get the opportunity to shape the entire quality management landscape and lead a dedicated, focused team who are committed to driving net-zero energy solutions with innovative, patented battery technology.

What you can expect?

• Establish and enhance an Integrated Management System and quality management manual.
• Design and implement a robust quality management system adhering to EN ISO 9001 standards.
• Lead and manage a team of 4 quality professionals.
• Develop and expand a global Quality Management (QM) team with international reach.
• Provide guidance on process frameworks according to BPMN to support organizational functions.
• Develop strategies to promote business process excellence, quality governance, and reporting while advising internal stakeholders and external partners on quality issues and facilitating audits.

What you bring?

• Proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken) at C1 / C2 level.
• Min. 10 years' experience in quality management, quality assurance, or product assurance within a hardware-regulated industry.
• Min. 5 years of experience in leadership roles, demonstrating proactive team management skills.
• Expertise in quality standards, such as ISO 9001 and regulatory compliance.
• Completed a technical degree in mechatronics, mechanical, or electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Preferred experience in establishing QM / QA functions within hardware production environments.
• Demonstrated ability to build and implement quality processes and guide organizations in applying quality techniques.
