Your next challenge
Push Pluxee Germany & Austria in its journey to become a data & product-driven company. Data is at the core of our processes and IT systems that run our digital benefits product portfolio.
We are looking for a Product Owner for Data and Digital Processes, to join our IT Project Management team, based in Frankfurt.
To support this goal the working scope you will :
- Manage and deliver data-related products and solutions, in collaboration with our Global Data Hub & Spoke Teams. Act as local coordinator and point of contact interacting with Data Project Managers and Data Analysts.
- Manage prioritization and backlog of data projects. Ensure delivery of Epic scope and product impact by prioritizing development work and managing risks to keep timeline and cost.
- Map the demand from internal stakeholders on reports, dashboards, and data solutions. Understand business objectives and identify opportunities to leverage data to achieve those objectives.
- Understand system landscape and database model and define data technical needs for each project : where to find data needed, what is the quality of this data, do we need to improve a process or trigger a new one to get the data required.
- Lead one of our delivery streams, and facilitate continuous improvements toward our core business processes in a cross-functional, matrixed team with digital product operations, customer service, IT Development, and other functional departments.
- Get involved in other Epic & Feature development projects to act as a central coordinator of data-related demand. Ensure that we create synergy by utilizing our global data platform in the best possible way.
- Manage and continuously improve the backlog of our data OKR, ensuring all items are clearly described and prioritized by applying systems thinking.
- In strong collaboration with our Enterprise Architect, define and own the Guardrails in which we plan & implement changes to our core business processes, in terms of Data Flow & Integration, and be responsible for the Business Process Inventory.
- Govern technology standards, guidelines, and best practices for local projects within the global data platform. You ensure consistency of standards across data domains.
- Develop & manage master data model by mapping local data sources and ensuring synergy & consistency across data analytics implementation.
- As our Product Owner of Digital Processes, you help us to relentlessly improve our way of working towards evaluation, planning, tracking, and documenting all the changes we apply to our core business processes on our continuous growth journey.
You’re a match
- BSc / MSc degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or related.
- 3 years of professional experience as a Product Owner in the business intelligence or data environment.
- Strong knowledge in turning enterprise architecture and data domain requirements into modular solutions. Experience in building technology from a data-driven perspective.
- Good knowledge of data analytics methods, tools, and technologies such as SQL and Powe BI.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform or comparable cloud solutions.
- Experience in BPMN process documentation.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and tools : kanban boards, jira, confluence.
- Fluent in English (minimum C1 level) and are at least starting to learn German (i.e. B1 level).
- Ability to work 2 days a week at our office located in Frankfurt and 3 days at home.
