Are you passionate about luxury automobiles and exceptional customer service? Blu Selection is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious automotive brand as a German Customer Expert.

In this role, you will be the face of our luxury brand, providing top-notch assistance to our German-speaking clients and ensuring their experience is nothing short of extraordinary.

As part of a highly skilled team, you will contribute to building strong customer relationships while showcasing your knowledge and enthusiasm for high-end vehicles.

With a strong emphasis on quality and excellence, this role offers a chance to develop your skills and career within a dynamic, international environment.

Your responsibilities as a German Customer Expert will include :

  • Providing exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring all inquiries are handled professionally and effectively.
  • Assisting customers with product information, order tracking, and any post-sales inquiries.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Gathering customer feedback and insights to further enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Representing the luxury brand values through every customer interaction.
  • Staying updated on the latest automotive trends and product offerings.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need :

  • Fluency in German and proficiency in English; any additional languages are a plus.
  • A strong background in customer service or a similar role, preferably within the luxury or automotive sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
  • Passion for luxury vehicles and a keen interest in automotive trends.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
