International Graduate (Trainee) Product Development Incontinence Management (f / m / d)

Responsibilities :

• Independent project work in the area of product development in the Incontinence Management Division (e.g. Relaunch of product range)
• Identification of product innovations in collaboration with Marketing and Technical department
• Creation and maintenance of product specifications
• Coordination of development activities with external and internal suppliers
• Organisation and Execution of machine trials
• Preparation of technical documentation and evaluation of appropriate patent literature
• Takeover of responsibility in daily business (e.g. competitor evaluation, laboratory analysis)

Qualifications :

• An above-average university degree in science or engineering (e.g. chemistry, biology, medical technology, physics)
• First practical experience in the area of product development, project management or production
• Ideally international experience, e.g. study period abroad, internship
• A high level of analytical and strategical thinking
• Creativity, excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team and inspire others
• A high degree of willingness to learn, performance orientation and commitment
• English and German language skills are a must-have
