Global Reward Specialist
As the Global Total Rewards Specialist, you have the unique opportunity to contribute to the development of our Global Rewards Center of Excellence.
The Corporate HR department, predominantly located in The Netherlands, is growing and we are looking for a new colleague to join our diverse team.
You will be a member of the Global Rewards Team, consisting of the Global Head of Total Rewards and two Total Rewards Managers, you will design and implement global compensation and benefit policies, procedures, structures, tools and systems.
In this role you report to the Global Head of Total Rewards & Mobility.
This hybrid global role offers flexibility, allowing you to work partially from home and from one of our office in Germany or The Netherland.
YOUR KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop, continuously improve and implement competitive global C&B policies and procedures
- Operate and align job evaluation practices across countries
- Lead the global annual Compensation Review cycle
- Design and improve administrative procedures and provide requirements for SAP / SuccessFactors, to establish operational excellence
- Oversee the international pension programs and other major benefits
- Closely work with local HR Teams to support Business Leaders in the countries
- Support in the design and handling of Executive Reward policies and practices
- Support various Reward activities with our shareholder (ARAMCO).
WHO YOU ARE :
- 5-7 years’ experience in Compensation & Benefits, of which at least 3 years in an international matrix organisation
- Bachelor / Master in Business Administration, Finance, HR or another relevant study
- International experience especially in Europe, North America, Asia and China.
- Self-starting, independent professional, eager to lead and finish recurring processes and projects
- Team worker open for learning, sharing and developing best practices suitable for ARLANXEO
- Agile, flexible and pragmatic work ethos
- Detail oriented, organized, solution driven with high analytical skills
- HRIS experience (ideally SAP / SuccessFactors)
- Affinity with international benefit programs (e.g. pension)
- Experienced in Job Evaluation (ideally Hay Korn Ferry methodology
- Highly skilled in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
- Fluent in English. Dutch or German is a plus
- Project Management Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experienced in driving change in a complex international environment with many stakeholders
