Role Overview :
We seek an experienced Business Consultant to join our EAM team. You will manage
enterprise architecture projects, drive new business development, lead consulting teams,
and expand client relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Consulting
Advise clients on EAM best practices
Analyse enterprise architectures and identify optimisation opportunities
Implement strategic EA plans aligned with business goals
Stay current on EA technological developments
Guide clients in selecting and implementing architecture tools
Business Development
Identify new EAM business opportunities and potential clients
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients
Assess client needs and create tailored solutions
Project & Team Management
Lead EAM consulting projects end-to-end
Manage consulting teams to ensure excellent service delivery
Monitor project goals, budgets and timelines
Report regularly to management
Client Relationship Expansion
Nurture existing client partnerships
Identify opportunities to expand service offerings
Ensure customer satisfaction proactively
Requirements :
Degree in business administration, informatics or related field
Experience with EAM frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, BIZBOK)
Familiarity with EAM tools (HOPEX, LeanIX, BizzDesign, etc.)
Process, architecture and data modeling skills
Proven sales and consulting experience in enterprise architecture
Strong project management and team leadership abilities
Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills
Team-oriented with ability to motivate others
Fluency in German and English
