We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced sales professional to develop new business opportunities and customer relationships in the Semiconductor and Industrial markets in EMEA.

Your Responsibilities :

Deliver on sales and business development goals in alignment with business strategies and marketing plans

Identify new business opportunities, create and manage a pipeline of projects that will deliver growth in target segments

Manage, drive and grow existing accounts. Develop and execute a growth strategy for your own area of responsibility

Build strong relationships with customers, prospects, key influencers, decision makers and end users. Build a network.

Drive product awareness and specifications at potential customers and influencers / specifiers

Map the semicon market, analyse its upcoming development and unmet needs, collect insight and provide input to R&D

Analyse customers’ needs proactively. Develop solutions with tailored customer value propositions. Build execution plan.

Your Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, preferably in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

Several years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Account management for specialty products. Marketing experience is a plus.

Expertise / past experience in selling in high performance plastics and / or high performance elastomers

Knowledge of the elastomer industry is preferred

Knowledge / past experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred

Fluent English and German. Additional European language is desirable

Strong business acumen, result-driven

Dynamic, able to work independently, strong team player

Ability to negotiate in challenging situations

Embrace change and continuously look for improvement

Ability to build collaborative relationships

This position requires 40-50% travel within EMEA
