Role : Network Infrastructure Lead Engineer
Location : Stuttgart, Germany (Hybrid)

Requirements
- Good knowledge with Hands-on experience on Aruba Wireless technology, Aruba Switching, LAN / WAN Protocol & Security platform FortiGate, Zscaler.
- Should have experience in Routing and Switching
- Should have knowledge about ClearPass and Mobility Master.
- Should have knowledge about monitoring tools e.g Solarwind, Airwave
- Should have knowledge about SDLAN technology and F5 load balancer.
- Should have knowledge about FortiGate Firewall & Zscaler (ZPA & ZIA)
- Should have knowledge about IPSEC & GRE Tunnel
- Drive new projects individually for remote sites
- Vendors Coordination and excellent Analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Incident, Change and problem management.
- Experience in running operations with ITIL processes / ITIL certified.
Other skills needed
- English, and German B1+
- Should be able to work with colleagues from different cultures and drive L1 / L2 colleagues.
Soft skills
- Excellent in Verbal and Written communication.
- Creative thinking in implementing Service improvements (automation, incident reduction, etc.).
- Willingness and flexibility to learn new technologies and scale up quickly and adapt to different roles as the situation demands.
Area of responsibilities
- Technical delivery of Network & Security administration activities for mission critical production support environments.
- Plan & execute OS version upgrades, OS Migrations, LAN / WAN setup
- Lead the team in client meetings
- Troubleshoot & resolve incidents with stringent SLA
- Provide on-call support during non-business hours as needed
- Engage in Problem management process for root cause determination & permanent corrective action
- Support the team in resolving critical technical issues during crisis situations
- Act as a single point of ownership for the Customer solution during Critical Incidents
- Implement automations for significant reduction in manual efforts
- Create and publish knowledge base articles and contribute to knowledge management activities in the service
- Bring in Automation solutions in the project
- Provide training on Technology or Process to Team
- Writing solutions / estimates for Request For Proposals
- Implement automations for significant reduction in manual efforts through Automation platforms
