What you can look forward to :
- Technical supervision of performance tests and stress tests as well as coordination of the measures to be taken
- Maintenance of the database section related to the scope of responsibilities and efficient dissemination of the data generated in the breeding program
- Timely data collection and statistical analysis
- Preparation of summary analyses and presentation graphics as part of the annual reporting process
- Independent preparation of the raw material for the use of internal field tests
- Technical guidance of seasonal staff
Bring in your strengths :
- Completed training or studies in the field of agricultural economics, horticultural science or a comparable degree.
- Good knowledge of crop cultivation and experience in field trials are an advantage
- Independent working style, team spirit and a high sense of responsibility
- Good skills in common MS-Office applications and Driving licence class B
- Business fluent German as well as good written and spoken English skills
- Willingness to travel seasonally (up to 10%)
