Lab Inventory Management and Operational Support
Job Description
Our client, a leading global IT service provider,is recruiting for aLab Inventory Management and Operational Support to join their business in Germany.
Required Skills and Roles & Responsibilities :
Strong & thorough inventory management skills
Create and maintain Inventory documents
Carry out daily activity of the lab Mobile devices and CPE inventory management.
Track and trace location of devices which are used by the testing community.
Support for the lab infrastructure(servers, switches, routers, radios ) activities
Network Cabling
Installation Racking & Stacking
Troubleshooting
Subcontract team management
Liaise with customers and stakeholders in the lab.
Report back to lab management regularly
Attend calls with customer and lab management teams.
Essential Skills and Experience Required :
Customer friendly
Experience with Dell Servers, Cisco, 4G / 5G Radio materials
Competent in using Microsoft applications(email, word, excel, power point )
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in German and English
