Für die Verwaltung unserer Mitarbeiter suchen wir tatkräftige Unterstützung im Assistenzbereich. Du bist gut organisiert, zuverlässig und detailorientiert und möchtest mit deiner Arbeit einen wertvollen Beitrag für unsere externen Mitarbeiter leisten.

Deine Aufgaben

• Persönlich Ob Koordination von Vorstellungsgesprächen, Prüfen von Zeitnachweisen oder Führen der Lohnabrechnung : Du bist immer für Deine Bewerber und externen Kollegen da und stehst gerne bei allen Fragen zur Arbeit zur Auskunft bereit.
• Kunden Ebenso bist Du auch für die Unternehmen zur Stelle, wenn Du zentral die telefonischen Anfragen entgegennimmst und Deinerseits bei den Kunden anklingelst.
• Verwaltung Außerdem hast Du die Verwaltungstätigkeiten voll im Griff, wenn Du beispielsweise die Mitarbeiterakte durchführst und die rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen und Vorgaben sicherstellst.

Dein Profil

• Erfahrung Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung und bringst idealerweise bereits Berufspraxis innerhalb der Personaldienstleistungsbranche mit.
• Kompetenz Du liebst es, im Team zu arbeiten und vernetzt zu denken. Genauso aber kannst Du Deine Aufgaben auch eigenständig in Angriff nehmen.

Und mit MS Office bist Du sowieso vertraut.
