baesh is a Gen-Z social platform connecting people in real life through events, communities, and shared interests.

As a Content & Media Intern, you'll work in a startup environment, develop valuable skills in content creation, social media strategy, and visual storytelling , and take ownership of projects that drive real engagement and growth .

📌 This is a Pflichtpraktikum (mandatory internship) for students.

📌 The position is unpaid , but offers real startup experience, networking opportunities, and the chance to take ownership of exciting projects.

📌 Location : Berlin-based (mostly remote, some in-person meetings / events).

📌 Start Date : As required by the university

📌 Duration : As required by the university, usually 3-6 months.

Tasks

Content Creation

• Film and edit content for Instagram and TikTok
• Capture baesh events, user experiences, partner venues, and daily life in Berlin
• Be part of talking-head videos and voiceovers
• Develop short, fun, aesthetic-first videos for Gen-Z

Social Media Management
