Senior) Portfolio Manager (gn), Fixed Income - Focus : Emerging Markets
The position is based in Frankfurt am Main .
Key Responsibilities
- Management of fixed income portfolios with a focus on emerging markets
- Collaboration in the further development of the various product strategies
- Further development of tools for asset management solutions in the area of emerging market bonds
- Active participation in the overarching multi-asset investment process : contributing to investment ideas and optimizing tactical portfolio positioning
- Sales support and attendance at investment committee meetings with investors, beauty contests etc.
Key Requirements / Skills / Experience
- University degree with a quantitative focus (e.g. finance, mathematics, physics, computer science or economics)
- Additional qualifications such as CFA or CIIA an advantage
- Experience (>
5years) in the management of fixed income investment funds and securities portfolios in the emerging markets sector, including currency exposure
- Strong interest in the emerging markets investment field
- ESG knowledge is an advantage
- Experienced with Bloomberg, MS Excel (incl. VBA) and Python
- Fluent German and very good written and spoken English skills
