Finance & Controlling Spezialist / Spezialistin !

Deine Aufgaben

• Finanzbuchhaltung : Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die gesamte Finanzbuchhaltung, inklusive Debitoren und Kreditoren sowie die Führung einer Mitarbeiterin.
• Internationales Finanzmanagement : Dein Spielfeld erstreckt sich über den Atlantik. Du koordinierst und steuerst Finanzprozesse zwischen Deutschland und den USA, immer im engen Kontakt mit den Steuerberatern beider Länder.
• Controlling-Routinen : Du entwickelst und implementierst effiziente Controlling-Mechanismen insbesondere für unser Projekt-Controlling.

Hierbei bist du nicht nur der Architekt, der den Weg für transparente Daten ebnet, sondern auch zuständig für die Erstellung und Aufbereitung der Daten sowie Ad-hoc-Analysen als Entscheidungsgrundlage für unser Management.

Datenanalyse und -aufbereitung : Du sorgst dafür, dass Daten nicht nur Zahlen sind. Du hast das Talent diese verständlich zu visualisieren.

Sei es durch die Erstellung von Excel-Reports, Power BI Dashboards und Charts sowie Präsentationen mit PowerPoint oder anderen Tools.

Digitale und Automatisierung : Prozessverbesserungen sind dein tägliches Brot. Du führst digitale Tools ein, um Finanz-, Controlling- und Reportingprozesse zu automatisieren und optimieren.

Was du mitbringst

Dein Werkzeugkasten :

• Du beherrschst die Rechnungslegungsvorschriften nach HGB und IAS / IFRS.
• Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen mit US GAAP sowie im internationalen Umfeld Deutschland / USA sanmeln können.
• Die Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung sind für dich eines deiner Steckenpferde.
• Du kennst dich bestens aus mit ERP- / Buchhaltungssoftware und verfügst über exzellente Excel-Kenntnisse.
• Du hast Erfahrung im Projektcontrolling idealerweise in der Tech- , Beratungs- oder einer Dienstleistungsbranche.
• Datenvisualisierung mit BI-Lösungen oder Excel sind genau dein Ding!
• Die Digitalisierung von Prozessen in der Fibu und im Controlling sind für dich willkommene Herausforderungen.
• Erste Führungserfahrung ist von Vorteil.
• Englisch und Deutsch sprichst du fließend.

Finance & Controlling Specialist!

Your tasks

• Financial Accounting : You will take responsibility for the entire financial accounting process, including accounts receivable and payable, as well as managing one team member.
• International Financial Management : You will coordinate and manage financial processes between Germany and the USA, maintaining close contact with tax advisors in both countries.
• Controlling Routines : You will develop and implement efficient controlling mechanisms, particularly for our project controlling.

In this role, you are not only the architect who paves the way for transparent data but are also responsible for the creation and preparation of data, as well as performing ad-hoc analyses to support management decision-making.

• Data Analysis and Preparation : You ensure that data is more than just numbers. You have the talent to visualize data clearly, whether through the creation of Excel reports, Power BI dashboards and charts, or presentations using PowerPoint and other tools.
• Digitalization and Automation : Process improvements are your daily bread. You will introduce digital tools to automate and optimize finance, controlling, and reporting processes.

Your profile

Your Toolkit :

• You are proficient in accounting standards according to HGB and IAS / IFRS.
• You have some experience with US GAAP and have worked in an international environment between Germany and the USA.
• Accounts receivable and payable are among your areas of expertise.
• You are highly knowledgeable about ERP / accounting software and possess excellent Excel skills.
• You have experience in project controlling, ideally in the tech, consulting, or service industries.
• Data visualization with BI solutions or Excel is your thing!
• The digitalization of processes in finance and controlling is a welcome challenge for you.
• Initial leadership experience is an advantage.
• You are fluent in both English and German.
