Summary
We are looking for a Maintenance Mechanic / Maintenance Mechatronics Technician (f / m / d) for the Assembly Unstabilized GBS division at the Oberkochen site as soon as possible.
The Assembly Unstabilized GBS division produces and maintains sensors and complete systems for long-range surveillance for civilian and military customers.
These systems are used to protect troops deployed abroad and for property protection.
Your Tasks
Assembly and testing of optoelectronic components in accordance with the production documents
Repairing assemblies, analyzing faults and determining remedial measures
Determining or agreeing on the type and scope of fault and damage rectification within certain limits according to economic aspects
Carrying out repair and assembly work as part of repairs, new constructions and conversions
Cleaning and adjusting optical and mechanical assemblies
Commissioning of repaired devices and systems
Carrying out test runs and performing and ensuring the necessary quality checks, including documentation
Participation in measures for economical maintenance and servicing as well as the adaptation of maintenance standards
Creating customer and device documentation (test reports, acceptance documentation, error logs, diagnostic reports)
Carrying out customer repairs at the factory and at the customer's site
Willingness to travel on business is a prerequisite.
Your Profile
Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic or comparable vocational training
Several years of professional experience in assembly
Experience in working with SAP
Very good knowledge in the evaluation of optical error patterns as well as experience in the diagnosis and repair of complex precision mechanical and electronic assemblies / devices
Knowledge of working with precision mechanical, electronic and optical parts and assemblies
Knowledge of soldering, crimping and bonding
Very good technical understanding
Independent working style, flexibility and ability to work in a team
Strong performance and quality awareness
Fluent German and English skills
