Construction Security Engineer (m/f/d)

What you will enjoy doing

• This role will focus on Construction Security while some activities related to Construction HSE can be included
• You will ensure that project sites comply with security requirements
• You will identify threats and risks inherent to project site activities and locations
• Ensuring the planning and implementation of Security for the project site will be part of your tasks
• Prepare and review the project security documents, coordinate the project security activities and reports on project security performance
• You will serve as Construction security subject matter expert for project activities at local and global execution level
• Furthermore you will contribute to project proposal, contract negotiations and subcontracting
• Develop and facilitate Security trainings, workshops, meetings, campaigns will be in your area of responsibility
• Coordinate, plan and conduct Security internal and external audits
• Direct, lead and provide expertise for risk and security incident management

What makes you great

• You bring past exposure to working on a construction and commissioning projects
• You have gained experience in managing information and personnel security issues on an international project site (preferred)
• Excellent proficiency in MS365 Office
• Proficient and fluent in English is required, German and other languages are also desirable
• You have a strong problem-solving orientation,
• You are a team player and capable of self-directed work
• Able to generate new ideas and have a natural sense of curiosity
• Keen on handling multiple priorities with high sense of urgency and excellent time management
