We are currently seeking a Head of Corporate Department for a well-established fiduciary in Luxembourg. Our client is a human-sized company offering the opportunity to join a healthy and supportive environment composed of around 20 professionals.

Your Responsibilities | Legal – Law – Manager – Corporate M&A – Lawyer

• You will be managing a team of around 10 people, ensuring annual evaluations and recruiting new team members when needed, in close collaboration with two other colleagues.
• You will be responsible for monitoring team performance and identifying areas for improvement in order to optimize efficiency.
• You will contribute to business development by maintaining strong client relationships and proactively proposing services.
• Alongside your managerial responsibilities, you will remain involved in operational tasks, such as reviewing corporate documents and drafting complex documentation when required.
