Building & Facilities Coordinator (m / f / x)

Main duties :

• Overseeing daily site operations, by assigning tasks to the internal technical team, conducting weekly meetings and site inspections.
• Develop, implement, and monitor work schedules to ensure effective preventive and corrective maintenance of Luxair’s buildings and infrastructure.
• Manage subcontractors by tracking interventions, verifying service quality, reviewing proposals, and managing orders, invoices, and deliveries.
• Plan and deliver modernization projects in compliance with legislation, coordinating civil, mechanical, electrical, IT, and environmental activities with external providers.
• Conduct feasibility studies and coordinate projects aimed at reducing energy and recycling costs.
• Implement and monitor initiatives to reduce environmental impact, focusing on waste management, recycling, and renewable energy use.
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, administrations, regulatory bodies, and service providers.

Ensure

all maintenance and project activities comply with safety standards,

regulations, and environmental requirements, and recommend improvements to

enhance facility and personnel safety.

Required profile : Minimum

required criteria

Bachelor’s degree (Bac + 2) in Building maintenance (HVAC

/ Electricity), or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years in maintenance including

environmental scope.

Expertise in HVAC systems and infrastructure

maintenance (plumbing, electricity, carpentry) and in environmental management,

with strong knowledge of safety standards and building regulations.

Proactive, strong communication skills, available to handle

B & F hotline outside office hours and on weekends, and able to intervene

on-site.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

within a team.

Proficiency in both English and French (spoken and

written).

Valid

driving license (category B).
