Senior Backend Engineer (f / m / x)

Your mission

As a Senior Backend Engineer, you’ll be instrumental in designing and scaling the systems that power our AdTech platform including high-throughput tracking pipelines. You'll work alongside data scientists, product specialists, and frontend developers to drive measurable impact across millions of daily user interactions.

In this role you will :

• Architect and build high-scale backend systems to power real-time decision-making, ad delivery, and performance tracking.
• Design efficient APIs and services that serve internal teams and external partners with low-latency and high reliability REST and GraphQL included.
• Work on data-intensive components, including event processing, attribution tracking, and campaign performance monitoring.
• Ensure high performance under load, applying profiling, caching strategies, and horizontal scaling to keep systems fast and reliable.
• Integrate with third-party platforms, including MMPs, and analytics tools, using RESTful APIs
• Contribute to containerized deployments and observability using Docker, Kubernetes, and modern monitoring stacks.
• Mentor and guide engineers through complex technical challenges, architecture reviews, and clean, scalable design.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and data teams to deliver features that directly influence campaign effectiveness and advertiser ROI.
