My client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join the team and contribute to our continued growth and success.

They are a biotech company offering both product and services, and looking to expand their commercial team in Germany to keep up with demand!

What you need :

  • Requirements for this position include a Ph.D. in pharmacology, immunology, or a related field.
  • Candidates should demonstrate a keen interest in staying abreast of developments in biopharmaceutical science and business.
  • Enjoyment of networking with leading scientists from biotech and biopharma companies is essential.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills are a must.
  • Additionally, candidates should be willing to travel for customer meetings, conferences, and vendor engagements.
  • Based in Germany

Job Responsibilities :

  • Meet or exceed corporate sales targets within the designated territory.
  • Proactively engage with potential clients, identifying and capitalizing on business prospects, overseeing negotiations, and finalizing contracts.
  • Effectively articulate gene targeting principles and preclinical services to prospective customers.
  • Participate in trade shows and pertinent conferences to enhance industry presence.
  • Offer insights to company leadership on competitive landscapes, prospect requirements, and product innovation concepts.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to foster the growth of the brand and amplify market visibility.
