DevOps Engineer (C1 German)

Your area of responsibility :
- Responsibility for reported customer problems and following them through to resolution
- Investigate, diagnose and identify solutions to resolve issues in the services
- Adhering to the specified processes for escalating unresolved issues to the relevant internal teams
- Monitoring SLO alerts and error budgets
- Management of the incident response flow with regard to the applications used Identification and implementation of automation options
- Processing and resolving open support tickets in compliance with SLAs
- Coordination with different stakeholders to carry out blameless post-mortems
Your profile :
- Successfully completed studies with a focus on computer science, completed training in the IT sector or an equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in IT operations or production support
- Practical experience with Linux platforms
- Expertise in dealing with : Kubernetes, Docker, PostgresSQL, Grafana, Prometheus, Gitlab, Terraform, Jira, Confluence, etc.
- Knowledge of one of the programming languages : Python, Bash Scripting, Go or Perl
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility and willingness to work in a 24 / 7 (incentivised) support model
- Excellent knowledge of German and English - C1 Level
