Lead UI/UX Designer

As our Lead Website-Designer at Growably, you will be responsible for growing our entire design department. Not only will you create stunning design projects, but you are responsible for growing and building the team.

You will be responsible for constantly improving and developing the product with us, to deliver the world's best B2B SaaS Websites.

Tasks

• You are responsible for our entire strategy in the design department
• Be responsible for building our design team
• You have leadership responsibility for our entire design department
• Communicate with our customers and understand their needs and objectives
• Create breathtaking design concepts and wireframes for websites and landing pages
• Prepare work packages and concise creative briefings for our designers and freelancers
• Coordinate our daily design work, plan workflow and manage deadlines
• Continuously optimize our processes and workflow
• Regularly benchmark new design trends, methods, tools, technics to stay top-of-the-game and aware of the web-design industry as a whole

Requirements

• 2 years minimum experience as a lead designer + leadership responsibility
• Professional experience in managing design projects (Freelance collective, team lead, etc.)
• You have excellent communication skills and selling your design to the client is an easy thing for you.
• General understanding of Marketing and Conversion optimized Websites
• Vast experience in web design & branding
• High proficiency in Figma & Adobe
• An eagle-eyed attention-to-detail down to the last pixel!
• Motivation and drive to build one of Europe’s best Webflow agencies
• Fluent in spoken and written English
