Your tasks

• Creating and maintaining quality documents, e.g. inspection instructions, initial sample reports, 8D action plan, measurement and inspection concepts or construction deviations
• Communicating batch release protocols with customers and suppliers in quality meetings, e.g. complaints, measurement and inspection concepts or quality assurance agreements
• Analyzing quality problems and failures (internal / external) and coordinating problem-solving concepts in an interdisciplinary team
• Support the maintenance and further development of integrated management systems, e.g. administration of forms / procedure / work instructions, audit planning
• Collaboration in interdisciplinary teams, e.g. manufacturability assessment, FMEA rounds, quality assurance agreements, planning and design of special measuring equipment
• Organization and management of control loops (e.g. Q-circles)
• Instructing and supporting employees with regard to testing tasks
• Communicating with international customers and suppliers
• Creating evaluations with reference to quality and process indicators

Your profile

• Engineering degree or further training as a technician
• Knowledge of quality planning according to AIAG and VDA specifications
• Knowledge in the creation of control plans and test instructions
• Specialist knowledge of quality monitoring using statistical methods
• Good knowledge and confident use of quality assurance methods and tools
• Experience in the area of complaint management and 8D processing
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Good knowledge of ERP / PPS systems (FOSS, SAP or similar)
• Good German and very good written and spoken English skills
• Organizational talent, assertiveness and hands-on mentality
