Sales Manager
Sales Manager - Germany
- Assist the Area Manager to achieve the regional business goals.
- Identify the potential customers and establishing new business opportunities.
- Responsible for lead generation and conversion by maintaining and developing client relations.
- Reach out to clients, proactively assessing their needs and promoting company portfolio.
- Recommend the marketing tools to raise the brand awareness and position the company’s products and services to attract new and retain existing customers.
- Conduct the market analysis in relation to current and future market trends, customer needs evaluation, demand forecasting, competition, risks and identify the opportunities for company’s growth.
- Maintain excellent customer relations and keep database up to date.
Qualifications
- Experience in machinery industry (include but not limited to automotive industry, manufacturing equipment) or education background in Mechanical Engineering is required
- Candidates with experience in MEWP industry will be preferred, familiarity with local region
- Skills : Cold Calling, Lead Generation, Customer Relations, Marketing Strategies, Key Account Management.
