Grant Thornton Luxembourg is currently seeking an Junior Tax Advisor to start ASAP .

Main responsibilities

• Preparation of tax analyses for international clients mainly involved in private equity, distressed debt and real estate;
• Preparation of operational tax analyses and assistance with operational tax compliance obligations of our clients (including subject matters such as FATCA, CRS, DAC 6, QI)
• Coordination and contacts with tax experts from other Grant Thornton offices;
• Participate to the organization of internal tax trainings and client events;
• Participate to external events within the Grant Thornton network;
• Communicate new tax developments to clients, other departments and to Grant Thornton network;
• Assist with the preparation of newsletters.

Main requirements

• Master degree in Law, Economics or Finance with preferably a specialization in Tax Law ;
• From 0 to 2 years of relevant experience within a consultancy or accountancy firm;
• Fluency in English . French or German is an asset;
• Good command of Excel;
• Well organized and rigorous;
• Motivated to learn and ability to work efficiently and effectively on various direct tax and operational tax subjects;
• Team spirit, dynamism and good interpersonal skills;
• Excellent analytical, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
